Our Lady of Salem Shelter for Women offers radical hospitality to women experiencing homelessness during the coldest months of the year. We provide a safe, welcoming space, serve a hot meal, and offer sleepwear and hygiene items to ensure that each guest is received as a beloved neighbor. We strive to provide a restful environment for our guests to regroup and find hope for the future.

Our Lady of Salem is grounded in the belief that safe and stable housing is a fundamental human right and the first step toward healing and long-term stability. In partnership with our community, we respond to immediate needs while honoring each woman’s story, autonomy, and inherent worth.

We are committed to a low-barrier, high-access approach that removes obstacles to shelter and creates an inclusive, judgment-free environment. Through the dedication of our professional monitors and volunteers, we offer community, compassion, and love.
